Pops of Pink

The family room is elegant with a bit of sparkle and glam. It is precisely what the client wanted. The femininity of pops of pink is balanced by the graphic nature of the area rug, window treatments, and bold black fireplace. This allowed both the man and lady of the house to be delighted.

Project Overview:

The color palette was achieved by painting the walls white except for the wall featuring the fireplace. The focal wall is tiled in a black matte textured ceramic tile and features a new modern white fireplace. The contemporary fireplace is flanked by new black built-in cabinets. An oversized sectional was chosen in a tweed fabric and accented with gold nail heads to accommodate the required seating. The sectional was paired with two large leather accent chairs with custom ottomans in pink velvet.

Two glass cocktail tables were added to the center of the space to create a reflective anchor that would not ‘weigh down’ the room. The floral arrangement and accessories help create a sparkly and glamorous effect for the space.
