A Love of Pink

The client envisioned a bedroom for her daughter that celebrated her love of pink while feeling fashion-forward, glamorous, and full of personality—a space that could evolve with her over time.

Project Overview:

Barbara and Jennifer created a layered foundation using two soft shades of pink, establishing warmth and depth throughout the room. A custom arched wood feature wall anchors the design, introducing architectural interest and framing a delicate pink-and-white peony wallpaper inset. In front of it, a bouclé upholstered shelter bed creates a cozy yet elevated focal point. Flanking the bed, white arched nightstands with gold accents reinforce symmetry, while a sparkling, firework-style crystal chandelier and sleek pendant lights add a touch of glamour and layered illumination.

Across the room, a coordinating dresser provides practical storage, styled with floating shelves that display books and fashion-inspired accents. An arched mirror between the windows enhances light and offers a dedicated space for dressing. Plush bedding in soft pinks, shimmering pillows, and a wavy chenille rug introduce texture and movement, while a custom bench in Chanel-inspired fabric adds a playful, couture-inspired detail.

Finished with curated accessories and art, the result is a polished yet playful retreat—beautifully balancing youthful charm with a refined, fashion-inspired edge.
