A denim-colored velvet upholstered bed sets the stage for this guest bedroom redesign. Soft gray walls are accented against charcoal gray trim. Shades of navy, teal, and white fill this bedroom with class and sophistication giving it a resort feeling. A crystal chandelier with a linen shade floods the space with light.

Project Overview:

The homeowner wanted to update their guest bedroom to a relaxing and welcoming resort experience.

The centerpiece of the room is an upholstered bed with clipped corners and a tall tufted back. The bed is covered in a luscious denim velvet and accented with pewter nail trim. A soft grey was selected for the wall, and the trim was painted in a charcoal gray. A crisp white comforter with matched shams was chosen for the bed. Boxed euro shams were fabricated from a teal and navy pattern.
Faux silk panels accented with a greek key trim are hung from chrome rods and finials with Swarovski elements. A teal chest serves as a bedside chest. A pair of mirrored front chests provides needed storage for the room. A small chair covered in a quilted linen fabric and accented with silver nail trim is added. Artwork and accessories complete the look.
